By using the services of HD Express Trucking LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Services Offered
We provide freight transportation, including Full Truckload (FTL) and Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipping, subject to availability.

Rates and Payments
Freight charges are based on shipment size, weight, and destination. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Shipment Requirements
Clients are responsible for proper packaging and accurate shipping information. Prohibited items, including hazardous or illegal materials, are not allowed.

Liability
HD Express Trucking LLC is not responsible for damage or loss due to improper packaging, incorrect information, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients are encouraged to insure shipments.

Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Cancellation
Cancellations must be made [72 hours] in advance; late cancellations may incur fees.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
