HD Express Trucking LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. This policy does not waive any legal rights of the client or the company under applicable laws.
Refund Policy
At HD Express Trucking LLC, we strive to provide excellent service and maintain transparency with our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
-Service Cancellation: If the service is canceled by the client at least [insert timeframe] prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery.
-Service Failure: If HD Express Trucking LLC is unable to complete the agreed-upon service due to reasons within our control.
-Overpayment or Billing Error: If an overpayment or billing error is identified, the client may request a refund of the overpaid amount.
To request a refund, clients must:
Submit a written request within 72 Hours of the issue, including the reason for the refund and supporting documentation (e.g., receipts or contracts).

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 36 hours of receipt. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Non-Refundable
The following fees are non-refundable:
Late cancellation fees for services canceled after the 72 hour cutoff.
Charges related to improper documentation, packaging, or prohibited items.
Fees incurred for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as weather or traffic conditions.
